Lorraine Haughton-Lawson is a multi-award nominated television producer and executive, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Programming at Truly Original. With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Haughton-Lawson has shaped some of the most influential unscripted content in pop culture.  She is widely recognized as a key creative force behind several major Bravo reality franchises, most notably serving as an Executive Producer for "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and "The Real Housewives of Potomac."  "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is one of television's most iconic black female ensemble franchises and is currently airing its' 17th season.  Lorraine was the guiding force behind ushering the series into its' new era, casting newbies Pinky Cole, the founder of Slutty Vegan, and K. Michelle, one of music's most celebrated R&B artists who is now entering the country space.  Ratings are up so far 15% season over season, on both Bravo and Peacock.  The Real Housewives of Potomac also finished an impactful 10th season and has been recognized by the NAACP as a 2025 Image Award nominee for Best Reality Program.  Potomac cast member Stacey Rusch, who was produced by Lorraine, was coined by Vanity Fair as one of the breakout stars of 2025, as well as by Vulture Magazine for its' inaugural Reality Masterminds Power Players list.   It is currently shooting Season 11 in Maryland.

Lorraine is an unsung hero in the reality unscripted space, having Executive Produced many years of memorable television moments that have become embedded in the pantheon of Black Culture.  For over 14 years, she has overseen production on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," breaking ratings records including the often-lauded Season 6, which to date holds the crown as the highest rated season of any Bravo show in history.  She has also produced across major networks including MTV, VH1, BET, HGTV, TLC, Peacock and Bravo.  Notably, she was an original producer of "The Wendy Williams Show", where she created and produced the iconic "Hot Topics" talk segment daily alongside Wendy Williams.  Often considered a quiet force, Lorraine's reach and influence has been instrumental in the iconic reality careers of Nene Leakes, Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams, Cynthia Bailey, Phaedra Parks, Karen Huger and Gizelle Bryant, along with a host of others.  Being the only black female SVP at a production company that produces unscripted content, Lorraine sits at the table with peers that often do not look like her -- but uses her influence to help expand and induct some of the industry's best and brightest who are often overlooked.  Her passion extends well beyond production:  she is also grounded in her purpose of giving back to the next generation of unscripted tv leaders, especially those of color, and is launching an initiative that will be geared towards mentorship and opening doors for others in a space where diversity and inclusion is unfortunately being challenged daily.  The Ebony Power 100 honor would be a most deserved recognition for someone who has already given so much to the television space, and who humbly looks forward to continuing those contributions into the future.
